This year, 92% of our team said Solen is a great place to work, 35 percentage points above the 57% reported at a typical US-based company. The certification is based entirely on direct, anonymous feedback from the people building, operating, and growing our portfolio of software businesses every day. That is what makes it meaningful to us. There is no application essay and no panel of judges. The result reflects the honest experience of our team.
A few responses stood out to us this year. 98% of our team said people here are given a lot of responsibility. 98% said people are treated fairly regardless of race or gender. And 95% said people here are willing to give extra to get the job done.
Those numbers describe the culture we work to build every day.
