Solen Software Group has been named No. 214 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual Inc. magazine ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
The ranking is based on 1,564 percent revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. Solen debuted on the Inc. 5000 last year at No. 3,118. This year's placement moves the company up 2,904 spots and into the top 5 percent of the list.
Across the full 2026 Inc. 5000, honorees generated more than $385 billion in 2025 revenue and added 627,208 jobs over the past three years. The median three-year growth rate on the list was 130 percent.
What sits behind the number
Solen acquires established software businesses and keeps them. There is no fund timeline and no exit clock. Founders pass their companies to a permanent home, teams stay in place, and operators work alongside them on what comes next. Growth compounds because nothing gets dismantled on the way through.
The move from No. 3,118 to No. 214 reflects three things that happened at the same time. We grew the team. We built the culture and operating practices that let a larger group work the same way across time zones. And we deepened partnerships with founders in more places, which brought more established software businesses into a permanent home.
That expansion is now physical. Alongside our United States offices, Solen has opened in Toronto, Lisbon, and Brazil, putting operators closer to the founders and teams they work with every day.
This recognition belongs to the people running those businesses every day, along with the M&A, operations, technology, talent, and support teams who keep the model working.
Thank you to the founders who trusted us with what they built.
