Founded in 1994, SpiraLinks brings three decades of deep domain expertise in compensation management. That longevity is reflected in the platform's depth and the loyalty of its customer base. CEO Julie Southern has remained actively involved with the company following the investment partnership with Solen, continuing to guide the platform's development and customer relationships.
SpiraLinks joined the Solen portfolio as a strategic complement to ViaPeople, a performance management platform for financial services firms. Together, the two products form a more complete HR technology stack. The first cross-sell between the companies was completed before the SpiraLinks investment closed, and the two platforms have continued to open new opportunities within shared accounts.
