Founded in 1989 by Norm Rees, Teletask began by developing automated voice and dialing systems for large organizations and government agencies. Under the leadership of Brian Rees, who joined in 2014, the company evolved into a modern SaaS engagement platform serving public health programs nationwide. Teletask joined the Solen portfolio in July 2026. The company continues to operate independently, supported by Solen's permanent capital and shared operational resources.
