viaPeople is a human capital management software platform built for organizations with complex structures, high-stakes people decisions, and demanding performance environments. The platform delivers performance management, 360-degree feedback, succession planning, and talent development tools designed by organizational psychologists, with a particular focus on high-AUM financial services firms.

HR teams at major financial institutions rely on viaPeople because the platform is purpose-built for environments that require nuance, compliance, and confidentiality. Generic HR software often lacks the configurability and depth these organizations need. ViaPeople fills that gap with tailored workflows, robust analytics, and concierge-level support.

Since joining the Solen portfolio in 2022, viaPeople has undergone significant transformation. Solen invested in rebuilding the platform from its legacy on-premise architecture into a modern, cloud-based system and co-developed a new AI-powered capability that has since been adopted by a majority of the existing customer base. Solen also built out the company's sales and marketing function to support commercial growth.

viaPeople was later combined with SpiraLinks, a compensation management platform, creating a more complete HR technology stack that ties performance directly to pay and rewards. The first cross-sell between the two products was completed before the SpiraLinks investment even closed.
