Gabriela leads Solen’s M&A efforts in Brazil, building relationships with software founders and identifying acquisition opportunities in specialized vertical markets. Before joining Solen, she spent four years at Vela Software, part of Constellation Software, where she developed and originated M&A opportunities throughout Latin America. Gabriela holds a degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from ESPM and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Finance at COPPEAD/UFRJ.
