Patrick leads Solen’s corporate development efforts in Europe, building relationships with software founders and identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships. Before joining Solen, he spent more than four years with Vesta Software Group and Constellation Software, leading M&A origination across Europe after previously working in investment management. Patrick holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Cranfield School of Management. He is also a Chartered Manager and a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst.
