Solen Software Group has acquired Spokane Software Systems, Inc., a provider of agricultural ERP and produce traceability software for growers, packers, and shippers. The transaction closed in December 2025.
Founded in 1978 by Tim Smith, Spokane Software develops mission-critical systems used by agricultural operators to manage core packing and shipping workflows. The company has a long-standing presence in the produce industry, supporting operational continuity and regulatory compliance for customers across the supply chain.
Spokane Software’s primary platform, The Spokane System, supports the operational backbone of produce businesses by improving visibility and control across packing and shipping operations. The company also offers PackPoint, a Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) and traceability solution designed to support Produce Traceability Initiative (PTI) requirements, providing real-time product and packer information with payroll integration.
