Solen Software Group announced the acquisition of Thought Foundry, Inc., a provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for the media and entertainment industry.
The acquisition marks Solen’s entry into the media & entertainment vertical and extends its focus on high-retention SaaS businesses with strong product-market fit, mission-critical workflows, and recurring revenue.
Thought Foundry helps content owners engage directly with audiences and create new revenue streams. Its enterprise platform manages digital content entitlements at scale and supports consumer-facing commerce, generating data and insights that improve engagement, conversion, and monetization.
